Transport facilities should be improved by developing small airports and helipads. 40 percent bonus on the sale of local produces and handicraft based produces should be given to the people inhabiting these areas.
The letter further mentioned the State Government implementing a mini scheme of 10 percent bonus on the sale of local products produced by the women.
