Cm rawat inspects arrangements for Vidhan Sabha session

Published on:

Chief Minister Harish Rawat reached Gairsain by road on Sunday evening and inspected the tents erected for holding the Vidhan Sabha sessionthere.

The CM also inspected various other facilities for the Assembly session. Meanwhile, the Chief Secretary Subhash Kumar inspected the rotation office at Rishikesh while going to Gairsain by road. He found the electricity, water and toilet facilities intact. Kumar noted that while up to 80 cars used to leave the rotation office daily during the Yatra season in the past, this time only up to 30 vehicles are leaving from this centre. The main reason for this is that the rotation has started this year. Earlier, cars used to go only from Rishikesh but after settlement of the case in the court, rotation has also begun in Hardwar.
