Acting on brutality allegation involving some students of Doon International School, Pondha, the chairperson of the State Commission for Protection of Child Rights ( SCPCR) Usha Negi visited the school on Sunday. She talked with the students and probed into the incident in which some students were allegedly flogged by the administrative head of the school during the half marathon event when some of them stopped midway due to exhaustion.
