Chief Secretary Subhash Kumar in a meeting held with the officers of the finance and personnel departments, ordered the finance department to study in detail the demands of the Rajya Karamchari Sayunkt Parishad.
In this context, the officers of the finance department said the Additional Chief Secretary, Rakesh Sharma, was on leave due to bad health thus the demands of the Parishad would be fully examined by 28 October 2013. After the decision is taken on the demands of Parishad, a meeting will be held under the Additional Chief Secretary on October, 29 at 4:00 pm. A meeting between the Additional Chief Secretary and Parishad office bearers has also been held, earlier. The CS has appealed to the striking workers to end their strike in public interest and resume work.
