Appreciating the Narendra Modi-led Union Government, Bhatt said that the BJP was consistenlty demanding all- weather roads on Char Dham circuit but the State Government did not pay attention. Now, Union Government has assured that it would construct the all-weather roads. Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself will be visiting Uttarakhand to lay foundation stone of all weather road shortly. With the completion of the road travel time between Dehradun to Delhi would be reduced to two and a half hours, he added.
