Troubles might be mounting for former WWE wrestler Khali and Canadian wrestler Brody Steel who were part of the much hyped wrestling contest, “Return of the great Khali,’ recently held in Dehradun. A case has been filed by a city based advocate against the two heavy weights for remark against the Indians by the Canadian fighter and signing of death warrant by Khali.
Khali, alias, Dilip Singh Rana, is in news for a bad reason. He signed on death warrant during the match which is only the prerogative of law. The other wrestler Steel passed a derogatory comment against the Indians, calling them “filthy” at a programme in Dehradun.
Advocate Arun Bhadauria said, “By making such remarks Steel has insulted Indian community and hurt their sentiments. I have filed a complaint in the court of chief judicial magistrate which has been accepted and my statement shall be recorded soon.”
