On the charge of obstructing public servant in discharging public functions, a case under sections 384/385/186/120b of IPC has been registered against a representative of a leading Hindi newspaper in the Kotwali police station.
As per the press note released from the office of SSP, police headquarters’ media cell in-charge inspector Pradeep Godbole has registered a complaint and a case under above sections of IPC was registered. DGP BS Sidhu said that case has been registered against the accused and law would take its own course.
