BSNl has earned a revenue of `28,000 crore in 2013-14. Speaking at the inauguration of the 14th All India BSNl Volleyball competition 2014-15, the director (CFA) BSNl Board, New Delhi, NK Gupta said that the corporation’s officers and employees should further improve their level of service, work towards ensuring immediate redressal of customer grievances, keep the systems updated and lay special focus on the broadband internet service.
