Following the directive of the headquarters in Delhi, all the customer service centres (CSC) of the Bharat Sanchar Nigam limited (BSNl) will now remain open on all Sundays and other holidays.
Officials said this measure was being taken to facilitate redressal of complaints of the BSNl customers and to provide them better telecommunications services.
With this development, the BSNl customers will now be able to pay their basic telephone and mobile phone bills on holidays at their respective customer service centre.
The officials of the corporation further said the BSNl was committed to provide good services to its customers.
All the relevant information regarding the data related tariff plan and extensive range available under the special voucher STV is also available on the corporation’s website www.bsnl.co.in. Alternately, one can also download the BSNl mobile application on a smart phone.
