NIC Uttarakhand State Unit organised a blood donation camp inside the State Secretariat, Dehradun on Friday. Camp was organised with joint efforts of National Informatics Centre (NIC), Uttarakhand State AIDS Control Society, State Blood Transfusion Council and Doon hospital, Dehradun. There was an overwhelming response from all officers/staff of NIC and Civil secretariat.
Around 100 officers and staff of NIC and State Civil Secretariat donated the blood. Among them the prominent donors were Satyender Kumar, State Informatics Officer and Dr SP Kulshreshtha Sr Technical Director, NIC Chief Secretary N Ravishankar was also present to mark the occasion along with officials of NIC Uttarakhand and State Civil Secretariat. Appreciation Certificates alongwith the donor card were distributed for this voluntary blood donation camp.
