Dhyani further alleged the Dhaincha seed procurement tender was allotted during the BJP regime but the supply was made during the Congress regime. “How come the Congress-led State Government is now levelling allegations against the former agriculture Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat while in fact incumbent Agriculture Minister Harak Singh Rawat is involvedIJ Due to this reason State Government is not referring the case to the CBI otherwise they should have referred the case by now. Earlier Cabinet minister Rawat was saying that it is a scam but the minister is saying it was an attempted scam so I would like to ask on what ground cabinet minister has changed his statementIJ As we know, receipt is issued by the officials so cabinet minister is not involved anywhere. It means officials have made some deal with the minister which is why he has changed his statement so I would ask what is the price of the deal,” questioned Dhyani.
