The members of four teams formed by the BJP to review the condition of the Char Dham Yatra route submitted their detailed report to the Governor KK Paul on Monday. The Governor has forwarded the same to the Chief Minister Harish Rawat for necessary action.
BJP State chief Tirath Singh Rawat who was also part of the team, said the four teams had inspected the Char Dham Yatra route on foot. Informing the Governor about the inadequacies found in the pilgrimage arrangements, the BJP team members demanded that facilities for the public be reviewed individually in order to prevent any inconvenience to the pilgrims.
