The Speaker has adjourned the House till Tuesday 11am and the Opposition managed to enter into the well of the House.
BJP MlAs have been demanding that State Chief Minister Harish Rawat should come to the House and make their announcement. Now question is that if CM Rawat comes into the House for making announcement, then it would be breach of privilege of the House because the Speaker has adjourned till 11 am.
