The Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) president, Pritam Singh has said that the virtual rally programme of Uttarakhand Congress has made the ruling BJP nervous. He claimed that the BJP is scared because it fears that its fake virtual rallies would now get exposed as the Congress too has started virtual conferences. The PCC president added that the countdown of the BJP government in Uttarakhand has started.
He challenged the ruling party to get a referendum on its popularity conducted and claimed that things would get crystal clear in the referendum. Releasing the statement of the PCC president, the general secretary of Uttarakhand Congress Vijay Saraswat said that development in the state has ceased and the state government has failed miserably in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic. He accused the State Government of giving transfer of employees as status of industry in the last two months. Saraswat said that every day transfer lists are being released. ‘During daytime the transfers are done and in the night the transfers are cancelled,’’ he said.
