The State BJP is all set to strengthen the party from the booth levels. Unveiling the State BJP’s organisational works to be carried in the next three months at the working committee meeting of the Haldwani unit of the BJP here on Monday, Naresh Bansal, general secretary of the State BJP, said that the party would launch a campaign to strengthen party at booth levels from September 25 to October 2 and make the people aware of the Central Government’s popular policies at the grass root levels.
At the same time, he said, the party would also expose the State Government’s failures at the grass root levels, calling upon the party workers to be united.
Apart from booth verification, 100 primary members will also be made at each booth, he further said adding that the membership drive will also be launched in November.
Giving the same call to the party workers, Deepak Mehara, Haldwani unit president of the BJP, asked them to implement the programmes and policies of the state BJP at the booth levels.
He also asked the party workers to reach out to the people at grass root levels, turning things in BJP’s favour.
