Chief Minister Vijay Bahuguna, who was supposed to reach the inauguration programme at 10.00 am, was late by about an hour as he himself disclosed that he is a big fan of master blaster Sachin Tendulkar and was busy watching his last Test match.
He also acknowledged that he is a bit superstitious because as soon as he stood from the sofa to leave for the programme, Sachin was declared out. Meanwhile, he also shared some of his interesting interactive session which he had with Sachin. He said that Sachin is a notable personality who is humble and down to earth man. He was never involved in any controversies.
