The Bageshwar district administration has ordered a magisterial inquiry into a road accident case in which as many as three persons were injured when a vehicle (UK-02-0865) they were travelling in, met with an accident near Ariyagarh on the Kathpuriyachhina-Kabhra Bohala Road in Bageshwar on December 4, 2013 at around 7.15 pm.
The ill-fated vehicle was on its way from Kathpuriyachhina to Kabhra Bohala when it fell into about 50 metre gorge, said the officials concerned of the district administration, Bageshwar. However, the district administration, Bageshwar has appointed SDM, Bageshwar, Fincha Ram Chauhan, as investigating officer to conduct a magisterial inquiry into this road accident case.
In the meanwhile, the SDM Bageshwar, Fincha Ram Chauhan, has appealed to the common people that in case they have any information in regard to this road accident case, they may register their statement verbally or in writing in his office at Bageshwar on any working day within a fortnight so that the magisterial inquiry could be conducted into this matter in a fair manner.
