Badminton tourney: THDCIl vs BBMB in semis

Tehri Hydro Development Corporation India limited (THDCIl) and Bhakhra Beas Management Board (BBMB) entered the semi finals of 19 Inter Power Sector Undertaking (ICPSU) Badminton Tournament organised at Multipurpose Sports Hall at Parade Ground, Dehradun. The tournament is being organised by THDCIl under the joint aegis of Power Sports Control Board and Ministry of Power, Govt. of India.

In men’s team event NHPC entered in the finals by defeating NEEPCO by 3-2. In the women individual event, Bhawna Rawat of THDCIl defeated Shella of PFC by 21-9, 21-9. In another match Sherya of NHPC overpowered Rahika of REC by 21-6, 21-03. In another match Dolly of NHPC defeated Amita of THDCIl by 21-19, 19-21, 

21-16.
