In order to spread awareness amongst the people from minority community of the society about different welfare schemes being launched by the Government, the Udham Singh Nagar district administration is going to organise an awareness camp at Sitarganj on October 19.
The day-long awareness camp is being organised to inform people about different welfare schemes being launched by the National Minority Welfare Finance and Development corporation, the Uttarakahnd Minority Welfare Corporation and Waqf Development Corporation, for the welfare of the people from the minority community, said Dheeraj Singh Garbyal, CDO, Udham Singh Nagar. At the same time, officials concerned have been directed to ensure maximum participation of the people concerned in this awareness camp, he added. More so, the Udham Singh Nagar district administration has also asked the officials concerned from both the Central and State Government to take part in this camp so that necessary information could be provided to the beneficiaries on that day.
