Pauri District Scouts-Guides secretary Keshar Singh Aswal will represent India in the five-day APR meeting of the international scouts-guides slated at the international headquarters of scouts-guides in Manila (Philippines) from September 16. Only two representative from India are taking part in the workshop.
The meeting of APR is focused on the aims, policy and rules of the scouts and guides and the representatives from across the world will participate in the upcoming international APR meeting. Keshar Singh Aswal will take the flag of India’s scouts-guides from the national headquarters on September 15.
Aswal is a teacher in a government-run higher secondary school at Bangwari. Besides, Aswal is a permanent member of the international institution.
