Secretary Secretariat Administration CS Napalchayal has appointed Officer on Special Duty (OSD), Public Relation Officer (PRO), Additional Personal Secretary (APS), and Protocol Officer (PO) in Chief Minister’s office on Saturday.
Anand Bahuguna, Chandan Singh Jeena, Gulab Singh, Sayyed Mohammad Qasim and Arun Kumar have been appointed as OSD; Nripendra Tiwari would be the PRO; Ranjit Das, Kamal Rawat and Shankar Rawat have been appointed as APS and the two PO posts in the Chief Minister’s office have been handed to Kumari Sadhna and Surendra Singh Bisht.
