Amid pandemonium, the House resumed at 3.15 pm and passed two resolutions that Dharmawala, which comes under Sahaspur Assembly constituency, be connected to Saharanpur through rail line.

After passing these two resolutions, the Speaker adjourned the House till 11 am on Tuesday. Raising this issue, MlA Navprabhat said that with this connectivity State industrial area including Sela-Qui of Dehradun and SIDCUl Haridwar will get benefit. Currently people have to reach Saharanpur via crossing Haridwar and Roorkee. With this connectivity people have to travel 80 kilometer less to reach Saharanpur.

As the State shares international boundary, so logistically it would also important. later, the House unanimously (excluding Opposition BJP because they were sitting in protest at the entrance of House) agreed and appealed to the Speaker to send a letter to the Union Government. later, the House passed proposal which was presented by four MlAs, including Hemesh Kharkwal, Ganesh Godiyal and Mayukh Mahar.

In his address, Kharkwal said that to protect the forest there is a need to provide subsidised cylinders to the people in the State. By giving monetary subsidy State Government can seek green bonus from the Union Government. In this debate, MlA Navprabhat informed to the house that such initiative was taken by former petroleum minister Brahmdutt Sharma by giving subsidy in lPG transportation.

"Now lPG prices have gone up; so we can conserve our forest by making availability of cylinders."
