Allahabad Bank chief manger Dinesh Dwivedi also registered a complaint and a case under sections 420/405/120b of IPC against nine persons was lodged. They are Drashani, resident of 54- Enclave, Sridev resident of ONGC Colony, Gautam Aggarwal, resident of GMS Road, Kunwar Arya, resident of PNT Colony, Rahul, resident of Sahastradhara, Ranjeet, resident of Mehuwala, Ravi Sharma, resident of Mehuwala, Sanjay, resident of Clement Town and Sholesh Verma resident of Cantt. In a written complaint, Dwivedi stated these accused had jointly secured car loan of Rs34.96 lakh with forged documents from the same bank, said SP City Ajay Singh.
