Dropping of his name from the panel of probable candidates for the Nainital-Udham Singh Nagar parliament constituency is still a disappointing experience for senior BJP leader and former Union Cabinet Minister Bachi Singh Rawat, but after taking up his concern with the party’s central leadership he is now ready to take the plunge into the upcoming lok Sabha election campaign for the party in all the five lok Sabha seats in Uttarakhand.

“My party’s central leadership has seen my point on this issue and assured me to address my concern in this regard after the general elections. Therefore, I, as a party worker, would work for the party in all five lok Sabha seats,” said Rawat, calling upon the party workers to put up a united face here on Friday. It may be recalled that Rawat had resigned from all party posts after finding his name missing from the panel of name of potential candidates for the Naintial-Udham Singh Nagar parliamentary constituency.
