Keeping in mind the examination reform under its CCE initiative by CBSE, AIETS has developed a unique and innovative programme — Elevate — which contains scientifically designed Activity based worksheets. These not only help in implementing CCE but also foster the entire teaching learning process through stimulating activities.
AIETS organised workshops on CCE Implementation in various cities, to demonstrate the Elevate programme and the benefit it brings to all stakeholders. The workshop highlights that implementing CCE through ElEVATE will bring in a positive shift from Examination pressures to all-round evaluation and year round improvement.
During the workshop, Sandeep Solanki, Training and Development Cell, AIETS said, ‘This initiative will help in assessing co-scholastic skills along with scholastic skills hence saving time and reducing subjectivity. Also help teachers & senior staff in implementing CCE uniformly and in the right spirit.’ CBSE has recently introduced examination reforms under its CCE initiative which will focus on the holistic development of a child. However, because of hurried implementation & inadequate training, schools are facing a lot of implementation challenges. Issues like designing CCE based assessment system & evaluating students on non-scholastic areas are posing as the core problems in front of teachers & School Administrators.
