In a new turn to continuing Ruby Chowdhary mystery, the Academy has categorically denied the allegations levelled by the accused against the institution and its Deputy Director Saurabh Jain. In a Press communiqué, the Academy stated that the charge of a promised job to the accused was baseless and malicious. As per the information available with the Academy, Ruby Chowdhary had unauthorisedly resided in the residential quarter allotted to one security guard Dev Singh. When the matter was brought to the notice of the security in-charge of the Academy on March 27, an inquiry was immediately instituted. On March 29, when Ruby visited the Academy, she was apprehended by the security staff and was asked to appear before the security in-charge. An inquiry was conducted immediately thereafter and the statement of Ruby Chowdhary was recorded by Dr Prem Singh, senior deputy director and in-charge of security. The entire proceedings were video-graphed, it was claimed. Upon completion of the preliminary inquiry, the lady was asked to vacate the academy premises and some documentary records, such as an ID card and Voter card were seized by the security staff. Dev Singh, security guard, was immediately placed under suspension. Jain has also  rejected the allegation, saying he was pained by such motivated allegations. He said he would  initiate stringent legal action against Choudhary, that might include slapping civil and criminal defamation case.
