A one-day workshop on the alleged anti-national activities in Jawaharlal Nehru (JNU) and Hyderabad universities was organised at the State office of the Akhil Bharatiya Vidhyarthi Parishad (ABVP) here on Monday. Speaking on the occasion, the State President of ABVP, Ramakant Srivastava said that the anti national activities regularly take place in the JNU campus.
He presented a detailed account of such activities and alleged involvement of JNU student union President, Kanahiya Kumar in them. Srivastava said that anti national activities inside the varsity was exposed by the activists of ABVP. He demanded that stern action against those who are involved in such activities should be taken.
The Mahanagar (Dehradun) President of the organisation, Kaushal Kumar said that the left parties are floating a flawed concept that the Rohith Vemulla who committed suicide, was a dalit student.
