3 days on, cops still clueless over property dealer's murder

The Dehradun Police is yet to make any headway in the brutal daylight murder of a property dealer and Adhoiwala resident Sanjay Kumar Nagar even though three days have passed since the incident. Even after interrogation of Sanjay Nagar’s relatives, police have not got any substantial clue about the motive or the identity of the criminals.

Three days after the murder, police are beating around the bush, as they do not have any clue about the killers. Raipur Police Station in-charge SS Bisht said that in the investigation, it was revealed that Nagar was a criminal wanted by Delhi police. He changed his name and had shifted from Delhi to Dehradun.

According to him the real name of Sanjay Kumar Nagar was Anil. Several cases against him were already registered in various police stations of Ghaziabad, Noida and Delhi. In a murder case of 2005, he was sent to jail. He came out from the jail on parole in the year 2007.

Several teams have been formed and deployed at various places in New Delhi and Western Uttar Pradesh to nab the accused.  His relatives are being questioned to get some clues in this incident.
