Prof. (Dr.) Kamal Ghanshala, President, Graphic Era Group said that admission to different engineering branches should be based upon a futuristic vision of the avenues each of these would offer, given the new job demands of Industry, at the end of the next four years. students would be able to avail education in their final semesters abroad after spending the initial three and a half years doing the regular curriculum at the University campuses.
Meanwhile, the management of Graphic Era Group has been praised by the locals of these districts for bringing the counseling in the vicinity of their homes. "The counseling has been highly beneficial due to the time and cost-saving facility for admission being provided near our homes," said Rakesh Devlal of Pithoragarh. Anandi Bisht, another guardian from Pithoragarh, said that it would have difficult for her to travel alone to the main campus at Dehradun so this arrangement has been very convenient and helpful in admitting her daughter in a reputed B.tech. Programme.
