Officer involved in graft case sentenced to 4 yrs imprisonment
Dehradun: An income tax officer Raj Bahadur Singh, who was caught red- handed while receiving bribe of around Rs 50, 000 from a Vikasnagar based complainant by the CBI officials in August 2010 at his office in Dehradun, was sentenced to four years’ imprisonment with fine of Rs 20, 000 in the form of financial penalty by CBI court on Friday. The CBI had filed the charge- sheet in September 2011.
