Anshuman assigned DIG Task force
Dehradun: To tone up police functioning, IPS Ajay Prakash Anshuman has been assigned charge of Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG) Special Task Force (STF) on Wednesday. PHQ official said Anshuman had assumed charge in Police headquarters on March 2. 1998 batch IPS officer Anshuman was on deputation in the Central Government since 2008. He earlier served as SP (CID), ADC to Governor, SP Pauri, SP Personnel (Police Headquarter), it is learnt.
