Statehood activist argues with CM
Dehradun: Chief Minister Vijay Bahuguna, who was supposed to leave Sambhal official, had to face inimical situation while coming down from his office on Tuesday. As CM came down the then Statehood activist Sushila Dhyani, who along with her few supporters was waiting for Chief Minster, started arguing with Chief Minister in louder tone. She alleged that she has been trying to meet him for the last three months but Chief Minister office (CMO) has failed to fix her meeting. Getting frustrated with CMO’s dilly dallying attitude she decided to meet without prior appointment. Although CM Bahuguna manages to console them by deputing an officer to entertain them and promised that he himself would visit to their office personally.

Dehradun: State Revenue department has issued a notification regarding formation of lamgada tehsil in Almora district on Tuesday. It was one of the long pending demands of Uttarakhand legislative Assembly speaker Govind Singh Kunjwal and chief minsiter Vijay Bahuguna had promised while addressing to the Almora resident in Almora few months ago.
