One more tiger found dead in Pokhara
Dehradun: One more tiger was found dead under suspicious condition in Pokhara range of Ramnagar forest division. Body of the tiger was covered with the bushes. Killing has been suspected in the death of tiger, sources said. In the last few days, bodies of the three tigers were recovered. Senior officials of the forest range visited the spot. On reaching the spot, they were surprised to see the spot. The body of the tiger was covered with the dry bushes. They took the body into possession and sent it for the post-mortem.
Show-cause notice to three Cong leaders
Dehradun: Uttarakhand Congress Disciplinary Committee, which had created furor among Congress workers by issuing show cause notices to 100 workers, has again served show cause notices to three Congress leaders including Surendra Arya, Rajendra Shah and Suraj Negi on Saturday. Announcing this, party spokesman Dhirendra Pratap said they were charged for anti-party activities and were asked to explain their conduct within ten days for violating party directions and acting against party official candidates in the municipal elections.
