Twenty departments will set up stalls to inform the public about various Government schemes for self- employment. The stalls will be set up at a camp slated to be held by Deendayal Upadhyaya Sewa Pratishthan, Sarva Hitay Vikas Samiti and Maitri Manthan.
Addressing the media here on Friday, office bearers of the organisations said that this district level camp on self-employment will be held on June 12. Vishal Sharma of Maitri Manthan said that the camp will have stalls by various departments including Agriculture, Khadi and Gramudyog, Horticulture and Tourism among others. Visitors to the camp will be informed about Government schemes available to help those seeking self employment. It must be written here that these camps will have a far-reaching effects on youths who are trying their best to utilise their energies by due to lack of opportunities, they have not done so far.
Free training and listing of beneficiaries will also be undertaken in the camp. Along with departmental officials, bank officials will also be present at the camp to help interested persons apply for loan to facilitate self employment.
