As many as 13 Aaganbari buildings will be constructed in different parts of Pithoragarh district, including the natural disaster-hit Dharchula and Munsyari areas, in the current financial year. Out of the 13 proposed Aaganbari buildings, five will be constructed in five different blocks of Dharchula region while similar number of such buildings will be constructed in five different blocks of Munsyari area, said the officials concerned of the Pithoragarh district administration.
Similarly, two Aaganbari buildings will be constructed in two different blocks of Gangolihat while one will come up in Munakot block, added the officials concerned of the Pithoragarh district administration. The
respective village panchayat will look after the constructionworks of these buildings, said the Pithoragarh district administration officials.
Accordingly, funds allocated for each Aaganbari building will be transferred to the respective village panchayats’ bank accounts soon, added the officials concerned.
