All works of Swachh Bharat Mission in Haryana will now be undertaken in supervision of zila parishads.
This was informed in a meeting of Executive Committee of Haryana State Swachh Bharat Mission Society held under the chairmanship of Chief Secretary DS Dhesi here on Wednesday.
Dhesi directed the Development and Panchayats Department and Haryana Pond and Waste Water Management Authority to work together for liquid waste management in rural areas.
During the meeting, it was decided to approve funds under Swachh Bharat Mission for construction of toilets in Anganwadi Centre in rural and urban areas of Haryana.
