In view of the elections to 44 municipalities expected to be held by May this year in Haryana, the process of delimitation of wards in these municipalities has been started. A spokesman of Haryana Urban local Bodies Department said that the process of delimitation of wards in 44 Municipalities has started and is likely to be completed by February 28. He said that a sum of Rs365.47 crore has been released to carry out various development works in the municipal areas of the State.
