Haryana Health, Sports and Youth Affairs Minister, Anil Vij on Tuesday said that all formalities related to the War Memorial being set up in Ambala Cantonment in the memory of martyrs of first Indian freedom struggle of 1857, will be completed by November 1, 2015.Vij said that the war memorial would depict all important events of the 1857 revolution in sequence right up to the time of Bahadur Shah Zafar.
