A day after the arrest of Dera chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh’s ‘adopted’ daughter Honeypreet Insan, the United Nations’ entity for water and sanitation invited the duo to support its World Toilet Day event which is to be held on November 19 this year.
The tweet posted by the account on Wednesday read: “Dear @insan_honey, we hope you & @Gurmeetramrahim will lend your voice and support #WorldToiletDay (sic).” The tweet from the verified UN Twitter account was deleted later in the day.
Twitter users were baffled at the tweet while a Congress member, Priyanka ChaturvediIJ, commented on the tweet: “Is Haryana Government handling your account UN WaterIJ”
