Haryana State Vigilance Bureau on Monday arrested a lineman of Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam red-handed while accepting a bribe of Rs 6500 in lieu of installation of a new electricity meter. Bureau spokesperson said that the accused in the bribery case has been identified as Attar Singh, who is posted in Sonipat district.
