Two Shimla-based youths were killed in an accident after an army truck hit their speedy car at light point, near old Panchkula on Monday morning. The truck, which fled from the spot, belongs to 2nd ladakh Squat Unit 54. Inspector Mukesh Kumar, SHO of police station sector-5, Panchkula said that the deceased have been identified as Neeraj Kumar (19) and his friend Satyam, both residents of Naldehra and Tutu villages in Shimla district. The deceased had come at Chandigarh to drop a patient here and the incident took place on their return towards Shimla. Their speedy car rammed in to an army truck, when Neeraj, driver of the car moved car towards Shimla side at light point, all of sudden, the army truck took a U-turn.
