Haryana Government has issued transfer and posting orders of two IAS officers and one IPS officer with immediate effect.
Dusmanta Kumar Behera, awaiting order of posting, has been posted as Director and Special Secretary, Medical Education and Research, against vacant posts.
Rajiv Rattan, awaiting order of posting, goes as Additional Secretary, Health Department, Mission Director, NRHM and Commissioner, Food and Drugs Administration, against vacant posts. The state government also appointed IPS officer B. Satheesh Balan as ADC (Police) with Haryana Governor, Kaptan Singh Solanki against a vacant post with immediate effect.
