Haryana on Sunday recorded 218 fresh COVID-19 cases which took the state’s tally to 263068 while two more fatalities pushed the death toll to 2917.
According to the state’s Health Department bulletin, “One fatality each has been reported in Faridabad and Kurukshetra.”
A maximum of 63 fresh cases were reported in Gurugram followed by 27 in Faridabad.
As per the bulletin, the active cases in the state currently stand at 2890. 257261 patients have so far recovered from the virus in the state. 450 patients recovered in the last 24 hours taking the recovery rate stood at 97.79 percent.
As of Sunday evening, there were 124 critical patients including 107 on oxygen support and 17 on ventilator in the state.
According to the bulletin, the fatality rate is recorded at 1.11 percent in Haryana. The case-doubling rate in Haryana stood at 92 days and COVID positive rate was5.69 per cent.
As many as 46.26 lakh samples have been tested till date in Haryana, it added.
