Three members of a family were killed and two others were injured when their car rammed into a stationed dumper at Kasar Bypass near Bahadurgarh town, about 45 km from here, on Sunday.
The deceased have been identified as Krishan, his wife Kaushalya Devi and son Rakesh, alias Raju of Hardev Nagar in Delhi while the injured — Sushil and his wife Manju — have been admitted to PGIMS in Rohtak where their condition is stated to be critical. The mishap occurred when the family was returning to Delhi from Rohtak after attending a wedding. Krishan, Kaushalya and Rakesh reportedly died on the spot while Sushil and Manju suffered serious injuries. Bahadurgarh Police rushed to the spot and took the injured to PGIMS. The police have booked the dumper driver in this regard.
