To make CM Window more effective and popular, third party intervention would be made in Haryana to gather information from the complainants regarding redress of their grievances and resolution of problems.
Presiding over a review meeting of development works being executed in Rewari with district officials on Saturday, Chief Secretary DS Dhesi said a list of people of prestige had been prepared in every district who, as third party, would gather information from the complainants about resolution of their problems.
Dhesi said Chief Minister Manohar lal desires that the complaints should not be resolved just on papers. He directed the officials to continue the development works at right pace so that the residents in Rewari did not face any problem. Any negligence on the part of officials would not be tolerated.
