Haryana Minister of State for Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Karan Dev Kamboj on Sunday said that survey of BPl card holders would be conducted again and the number system would be implemented. Those with lowest numbers would be included in BPl category, said the Minister at press conference in Fatehabad. He said that ration cards were being linked with Aadhaar and about 95 per cent of the work had already been completed and the remaining five per cent would soon be linked. It is quite possible that these five per cent ration cards were fake or their holders did not exist, or they could be ration cards of migrant families.
