Haryana Department of School Education has launched ‘Sugam Sampark’, an online application software through which teachers and employees can submit their service benefits related requests online on the portal of the Department.

Director, Secondary Education, Vivek Atray said that after submission of the request, a ticket number would be generated automatically by the system which would be the reference number for future communication. The employee would also be able to check the status of his request at a later stage by using the ticket number allocated to him/her.

He said that initially, employees of the Department, except JBTs and Head Teacher, who would also be soon covered for the said service, are able to use this portal.

Atray said that a separate Monitoring Cell for coordinating the work of ‘Sugam Sampark’ has been constituted. Technology Officer would be the nodal officer and programmer, who would provide every technical support. Further upgradation and changes would also be done by him, he added.

He said that such requests would be directly sent to the Branch Superintendent with a target date. Concerned Superintendent would be responsible to get the request disposed off on priority by the said target date. After receipt of the request, employee would be informed about the target date. If they do not receive any reply by the target date, only then they can visit the State headquarters.

He said that files pertaining to such requests would also be flagged with ‘Sugam Sampark’ and would be disposed by all the authorities on priority, he added.
