The Pepsu International Public School celebrated Mother’s Day in style here. Mother's Day is celebrated on the second Sunday of May and seeks to honour mothers, maternal bonds and the influence of mothers in the society.
Chairperson of the School Brij Mohan Gupta said that to mark the occasion, mothers of students were invited to the school.
A workshop was conducted where mothers were given brief lessons about classical dance, while children looked on and cheered them.
Dr Daisy Sharma, school principal, said, “Everything begins with the Mother. Mothers are the most important part of our lives. A mother can never be thanked enough for the unconditional love she showers on her child.
