With an aim to promote vibrant culture and rich traditions of Haryana, the State Government has decided to organise cultural events in all the blocks of Haryana.
The Chief Minister Manohar lal said that the State Government will organise cultural events in all blocks of the State to promote our rich culture and traditions at the
grassroot level.
While speaking at the ‘Hasya Kavi Sammelan’ jointly organised by Haryana Cultural Affairs Department and Haryana Kala Parishad at Karnal, he said that the Cultural Affairs Department has prepared a plan under which plays, Hasya Kavi Sammelans, folk songs and other cultural events would be organised in all blocks of the State twice a year.
The aim of organising these cultural events is to apprise the young generation about our culture and tradition and also to channelise their energy in positive direction, said he.
The Chief Minister said that humour and satire plays a vital role in our life as it not only entertains us but also infuses among us fresh energy to deal with tensions of day-to-day life.
