Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal on Wednesday passed the buck on the Centre on the issue of “stay” orders, passed by the Punjab and Haryana High Court, on ED officer Niranjan Singh’s transfer to Kolkata.
Commenting on the issue, he said, “I am not related to the subject as it is a matter of the Central Government and the State Government is not at all concerned with it.”
